To change ownership of your vessel, you must provide: Marine Bill of Sale — to be executed by the present registered owner(s); A Statement of Qualification to be completed by the new owner.

A completed Form 84-0172E, Application for Pleasure Craft License; proof of ownership of the pleasure craft; a signed photocopy of a government issued ID.

You must carry a copy of your Pleasure Craft License on board at all times and display the pleasure craft license number on the bow of your boat above the waterline on both sides in block characters.
